Current Utility Rates

General Terms: All bills are due in full by the date indicated on the statement. After the due date, a 10 percent penalty is applied. Services will be disconnected if payment is not made in full, or arrangements made for delayed payment, within five business days of the penalty date. Once service is disconnected, a $45 reconnection fee is assessed if service is reconnected during normal business hours; $100 for after normal business hours.

CONSUMPTION ADJUSTMENT: If Consumption Adjustment is shown on your bill, this indicates a meter replacement has occurred and your bill will show consumption from each meter on separate lines; add together for total consumption.

Special service not covered by the above rates will be covered by special contracts individually negotiated.

ELECTRIC RATES

FUEL ADJUSTMENT: When surplus purchased energy is not available, alternate fuel is used to generate electricity. The additional expense of this alternate fuel, which is in excess of normal expenses, is added to industrial, commercial, and residential customers' subsequent electric bills.
